Valentine's Day Review

Today I’m going to review the movie about Valentine’s Day. I thought over all it was a great movie. When it first came out everyone was going to the movie, and coming back saying that it was a cute and good movie. I loved how Taylor Swift acted so “blonde” in the movie and brought this big teddy bear around the whole day. Julia Roberts was also in the movie and she is one of my favorite actors, she also did really well in the movie! Bradley Cooper with in the movie is named Holden, who is on a plane traveling home.
I didn’t really dislike or hate anything in the movie. The part that I hated the most is Taylor Swift and Taylor Lautner as a couple. They just don’t look good together! I loved how the little boy sent a dozen of roses to a girl in his class, and he ended up giving it to the teacher. It’s a movie for boys, girls, teenagers, and parents. It’s perfect for any gender. Ashton Kutcher was good in this movie. He played one of the main roles in this movie. One of the things I disliked was Taylor Swift’s character because she was kind of annoying. But I think that was how she was supposed to be. All in all I thought this movie was way better than I expected.

Review of "Matilda"

My review is about the movie Matilda. I think this movie was very interesting. It is about this girl who is super smart and has a family that is not one you would call nice. The reason why I choose to review this movie is because I always loved it when I was a little girl and I still do love this movie. My favorite part in the movie is when Matilda is making the cards fly in the air and she made the curtains open and shut, the lamp turn off and on , and  while she makes her lunch at the same time.

The first thing that I dislike about this movie is how the principal and Maltida’s family treats her. Like when she is reading a book and they are watching t.v. they tell her to be a normal person and put down the book and watch the show. Matilda refuses and uses her “powers” to explode the t.v. up into pieces and that’s when she discovers her powers. Another thing that I didn’t like as much is how Matilda puts dyes in her dads hair and MAN! Was he mad. All in all I think this movie was a great and wonderful movie that anyone can watch!

Phantom of the Opera

Okay so I know I promised the continued of Yes Man but, I would love to talk about “The Phantom of the Opera”. First, I hated the main diva or the “main opera singer” , because she was very rude I don’t know if it’s just me but I don’t like rude people! I loved how it was black & white than it went back to when the opera house was up and running. I thought the changing was pretty cool and different. I also liked how the phantom or the “ angel of music” has his own cave or like hangout… I would love to have a hangout spot like that anytime! My absolute favorite thing in the whole musical is there settings and how they plotted everything out. I think that the settings were amazing and beautiful.

One of the most things I disliked about the movie is how dramatic it is. As in this one part where he takes Christina (main character) to his cave and lets her take off the mask. But when she tries to actually pull it off he pushes her to the ground and she gets really frighten but she still stays with him. If I was her in the movie I would like start running away from him or something if he is going to be abusive or physical. Even though the Phantom was very physical you can’t not like him. He is just a loveable kind of person, well all of the actors were. All in all the movie/musical was one of the best I have seen so far.(right after Hairspray of course!)
